Natasha Fazel, D.O.
Dr. Fazel was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where she grew up with a love and passion for outdoor activities. She attended college at Chapman University in Orange, California where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Pursued a Master’s in Food Science while becoming actively involved in research with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. After successfully completing her Master’s degree, Dr. Fazel ventured out to the Midwest to complete her lifelong dream of becoming a physician and helping others to achieve their health goals. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Fazel chose to do her Internal Medicine Residency in Colorado in hopes of returning to a place where she can once again be active outdoors while servicing people requiring individualized medical care. She enjoys hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, skiing, crossfit, and running.
